Getting school report

You can create different kinds of school-wide reports for different purposes. Define the students and courses that you want to include in the report by selecting specific values, such as age, gender, course type, date, and activity/exercise target. Define the minimum requirement for the grade Pass, and the report shows how many students passed/failed according to these standards.

Activity reports

  1. Go to Reports > School report.
  2. Define Students:
    • Select Gender.
    • Enter Age range.
    • Select whether you want the report to show individual students or not:
      • Select No to not show students at all.
      • Select Yes, with names to show students identified by their names.
      • Select Yes, with student IDs to show students identified by their IDs.
  3. Define Courses:
    • Select Time range.
    • Select Activity as Course type.
    • Select Target active time.
    • Select whether you want the report to be based on Activity or Activity and steps.
    • If you selected Activity and steps, enter Number of steps / day.
    • Enter Minimum requirement as a number of days.
      This is the minimum number of successive days when Target active time needs to be reached for a student to pass.
  4. Click Create report. The report is created and opened. The file can be saved on the computer and printed on paper.

Heart rate reports

  1. Go to Reports > School report.
  2.  Define Students:
    • Select Gender.
    • Enter Age range.
    • Select whether you want the report to show individual students or not:
      • Select No to not show students at all.
      • Select Yes, with names to show students identified by their names.
      • Select Yes, with student IDs to show students identified by their IDs.
  3. Define Courses:
    • Select Time range.
    • Select Heart rate as Course type.
    • Select Target zone.
    • Select Time in target zone.
    • Select Minimum requirement as a percentage of lessons.
      This is the minimum percentage of lessons when Time in target zone needs to be reached for a student to pass.
  4. Click Create report. The report is created and opened. The file can be saved on the computer and printed on paper.
